This small, quaint, authentic, Mexican spot hit all the marks. If you are looking for good, authentic, food at a great price with amazing service, this is the place to be. I wouldn’t recommend large parties since there’s not tons of space. I don’t have one bad thing to say.
I could not recommend this place more. The food was fantastic, the drinks were phenomenal- this is the first $16 margarita I ever said was worth it. Don't let the location scare you off: this is some genuine Mexican cuisine with all the flavors. Victor took care of us and was super nice and very accommodating. Legit tacos in the Charleston area with a great happy hour and amazing margaritas. Definitely good tasting tacos and did not disappoint.
Had a wonderful lunch with my wife at El Pincho Taco! The food was fantastic, fresh, and authentic. The beer and spirits selection was great and the daily specials were perfect for any customer! Marie was our server and she made us feel very welcome and was very kind and accommodating. A 10/10 experience here!
I came here with my friend in February (?) I believe, and it was my first time trying this place… and I still dream of it to this day! My friend and I sat in the patio, and since it was evening, the lights made it so cozy! Our server, Mary (sorry if I misspelled) was so kind, friendly, and attentive! She made us feel truly at home. We also got the passion fruit margarita which was wonderful, and the food was spectacular! I got the skirt steak (I forgot what the dish was called), and it’s the best I’ve had! The salsa verde is to die for; and we started with a mouth-watering choriqueso that complimented the chips and salsa! I look forward to coming back. If you’re in Charleston and are looking for an authentic and delicious Mexican restaurant, look no further!
Fantastic service, good (not great) food, good (not great) atmosphere. The wife and I got an Al Pastor Burrito and an order of Birria Tacos. They were good, but were missing the flavor needed to be great. The service was fantastic. Kind, quick, and professional. Can’t say a single thing bad about them. The atmosphere was also good, but not great. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and good music. The bad are the piles of boxes on the floor and dishes/cutlery drying on the tables around the restaurant. Nothing to cry over, but it takes away from the vibe.
